I had an issue with the online payment arrangement system I came into the store and worked with Brandon service was amazing he did a great job. This gentleman took his time to help me it was very busy and he was very patient definitely will make this my home location.

Visited the Pentagon Row location for a phone upgrade and a few questions I had regarding my account and was helped by the kindest and most knowledgeable gentlemen named Robert. He knew about the products and plans and was super helpful. Definitely recommend asking for him when you come in.

Enders was so patient, knowledgeable and personable! Maliq was great as well! Actually everyone in the store working interacted with us and had great customer service skills. Quite refreshing these days and not the same experience I've had at other stores. Thank you! 🙏

Relative to all my other experiences at T-Mobile stores this one always ends up finding a solution to my problems. It’s probably worth the extra effort to make it out to this store. The other ones never seem to take equipment returns and tend to not make a real effort to fix problems. So far I’ve been here multiple times for different reasons it’s always solved my problems and people were always friendly so far.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Both the manager Ricardo and the sales rep Malik were extremely helpful and nice. They went out of their way to help me change my plan and get my new phone. I recommend this store 100%.

Went in for a phone upgrade as an existing customer. SA & manger where able to help me upgrade and get going in less than an hour. Nice folks. Good sales folks doing their job but not too pushy. No lines on a Monday morning.
